Flap Discs
Our flap discs are designed for grinding, weld blending, deburring and surface finishing on metal. Available with aluminum oxide, zirconia alumina or ceramic abrasive grains, as well as T27 flat and T29 conical shapes. Grit sizes, labels and packaging can be customized according to confirmed requirements.

The overlapping abrasive flaps wear gradually during use, continuously exposing fresh abrasive grain. This construction allows the disc to combine material removal and surface blending in one product.
Different abrasive grains, grit sizes, backing plates and flap configurations can be selected according to the workpiece, application and required finish.

PACKAGING
Available packaging options include shrink wrapping, individual boxes, color boxes, round metal tins and export cartons. Packing quantities and carton details are confirmed according to disc size and order requirements.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Always verify that the flap disc diameter, bore and maximum operating speed are compatible with the angle grinder. Use the correct guard and wear suitable eye, face, hearing and body protection.
Inspect the disc before use. Do not use damaged, wet or incorrectly installed products, and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
